This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which customers can return products purchased on healthenest.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unusedunopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, seals, manuals, and accessories must be intact and returned along with the product.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) must be presented during the return process.

Non-returnable items are mentioned clearly on product pages. Items marked as non-returnable will not be accepted unless damaged or defective upon delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (toothbrushes, cleansers, menstrual cups, etc.)

  • Supplements, vitamins, or consumables

  • Opened cosmetics or skincare products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions (unless damaged)


3. Return Process – Step-by-Step Guide

We’ve simplified the return process to ensure a hassle-free experience:

Step 1: Initiate the Return Request

  • Log in to your healthenest account.

  • Go to My Orders > Request Return.

  • Select the product and reason for return.

  • Upload supporting images if applicable (for damaged or defective items).

Step 2: Review and Approval

  • Our support team will review the request within 48 hours.

  • If eligible, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions for pick-up or drop-off.

Step 3: Pick-Up or Shipping

  • For eligible pin codes, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up within 2–4 working days.

  • If pick-up is not available, you’ll be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Step 4: Quality Check

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

  • The refund or replacement will be processed only after successful verification.


4. Return Reasons Accepted

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: Broken, leaking, or visibly harmed during transit.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: Different product, variant, or quantity received.

  • Expired or Near-Expiry Products: Delivered products past or nearing expiration.

  • Defective Product: Manufacturing defects or performance issues.

  • Item Not as Described: Mismatch in size, color, packaging, or description.

Please note: Minor variations in product color or packaging due to lighting or screen settings will not qualify for a return.


5. Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • If paid via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking, the refund will be credited to the same account.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank details for NEFT transfer.

  • Refund status can be tracked under My Orders > Refunds section.


6. Replacement and Exchange

Customers can request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible return cases.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

  • In case of unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

Size exchanges are allowed for specific products (like wearables) once per order, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


7. Cancellations Before Shipment

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it by:

  • Logging in to your account

  • Visiting My Orders and selecting Cancel Order

A full refund will be processed immediately. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the above process.


8. Return Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse service to customers who:

  • Repeatedly return items with false claims

  • Attempt to return used or tampered products

  • Violate our return guidelines or misuse promotions

Such accounts may be flagged for review or deactivated at our sole discretion.
